For visits processed through your insurance, you will receive a statement in the mail. We keep a credit card on file, which may be charged after you receive your statement. If you would like to use a different credit card, you may pay using the link below. Your Patient ID (required for payment using our HIPAA compliant Chase Instamed platform) is the “Account Number” listed on your statement. You may enter the amount due on your statement into Instamed to complete the payment.
