Often a combination approach brings the best outcome. Options include: vascular lasers, chemical peels, microneedling and resurfacing devices such as Tixel. For hypertrophic scarring or keloids, Dr. Greenberg may perform drug assisted delivery with Tixel to improve their appearance.
