Dr. Greenberg treats all types of hair loss, including androgenic (male/female patterned), telogen effluvium (sudden shedding), inflammatory / scarring alopecia, and alopecia areata. A visit for hair loss will include a thorough scalp examination with dermoscopy, a review of the timeline of hair loss with exacerbating factors (illness, surgery, medication changes, and stress), bloodwork (if indicated) and treatment options. Treatments may include topical medications, oral medications, PRP, dutasteride mesotherapy, as well as a discussion of at home hair / scalp care.
